The material is neon yellow water resistant zero porosity rip stop nylon with white reinforcing tape at the top of the bag. One handle has a warning label.

A slider is a rectangular piece of parachute nylon with reinforcing tape at the perimeter that controls the deployment of ram-air parachutes. I cut off two sides and convert them into handles; the size of the bag is determined by the size of the slider.
