The material is rip stop nylon, with white reinforcing tape at the top of the bag, and two vertical strips of narrow white reinforcing tape.
These bags are made from a reclaimed tandem parachute slider. A slider is a rectangular piece of parachute nylon with reinforcing tape at the perimeter that controls the deployment of ram-air parachutes. I cut off two sides and use them as handles; the size of the bag is determined by the size of the slider.
